Chilli JamThis piquant chilli jam (a chutney is traditionally called “jam” in India) is made from fresh chillies. It enhances but doesn’t overpower foods. Superb with meats, fish, vegetables and cheeses, also as a glaze when cooking.
Julie’s tip: There’s not much that isn’t improved by this Chilli Jam! Try brushing it onto chicken on the BBQ, adding it to a cheese board with a sharp cheddar or on the side with a curry. Word of warning though – this is one of the products that often people return to buy a 1kg jar of… It’s addictive!
