Refund policy

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is not fit for purpose or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem. If the product is not up to standard we will happily provide a replacement product

Refunds
We will happily provide a full refund if you do not require a replacement product if the product is not fit for purpose or up to our usual high standard.
