Slicing into a lightly seasoned, medium-rare steak is one of life’s great pleasures.
Our steaks are grass-fed MSA Graded and have a minimum Marble Score 2+.
Each steak is sliced to order so that our customers get fresh, rich and flavourful beef.
Ensure the steak is at room temperature prior to cooking. Rub lightly with good quality olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Place the steak onto a hot pan or BBQ, turning it every minute. Once cooked to your liking, rest the steak for 5 minutes prior serving.
